Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, box, and tags must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

Exchange for Size Issues
If the shoe size doesn't fit, we offer a free size exchange (subject to availability). Contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange this.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
